This paper mainly focuses on the work team of the land reform movement of Hubei Province in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China.And from the process of the land reform movement,this paper introduces the backgroud of the establishment of the working team and how to organize and train the land reform working team.This paper analyzes the working functions and actual working conditions of the working team,and investigates its roles?effects and problems exposed in the land reform process.And the paper also explore how the team solves the problem and why it can overcome difficulties.in general,to a certain extent,this paper make a objective appraisal of land reform working team in Hubei Province in 1950S.In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic,the land reform working team can be said to be a bridge between the state power and the rural society.The restrictive conditions of rural society in the new liberated area decided that the country needed to send a working team to lead the land reform movement directly to the countryside.And the working team could conduct propaganda and mobilize farmers with the help of the function of the personality media,so as to enhance the interaction between the state and the rural society,which could expand and deepen the policy and power of the state to the rural grass-roots society.The Communist Party of China fully mobilized the land reform working team by mustering?organizing and training it,and especially it was necessary to remould the intellectuals' mindset of the working team.But when the land reform working team went to the countryside to participate in and lead the land reform work.they faced with many adverse conditions,for the instance,most of the intellectuals in the working team were faced with double puzzles in ideology and practice;some of the team members who lived in the city was not adapted to the rural life.and there were many differences and disagreements between the ideas of the well-educated team members and farmers,and many of the intellectuals in the working team even had difficulities in communicating with farmers.and so on.However.in order to achieve the new national "univeral penetraion,' of the land reform.the land reform working team did make great sacrifices.The confusion and challenges what the team faced with also showed the difficulites of transforming and controling the rural grass-roots society by organizing the land reform working team.Nevertheless,the land reform working team eventually overcome these difficulities successfully.and made the success of the land reform movement in the early days of the founding of the country.which could reflect the various factors among the coutry?the working team and the rural society,such as the publicity strategy of the party and the country,the experience?the technology and natinal identity of the work team,permeation of the political power and ideology,and the farmers' strong will of land reform in the new liberated area,and so on.In a word,in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,the land reform working team played three roles in the land reform movement:infiltrator,assimilater and observer,with the function of media?leadership and policy implementation,there were both achievements and problems.The land reform working team not only was an organized group engaging in rural social work,but also an important channel for the national consciousness to penetrate into the rural society.lt is also a key to understand the interaction between the country and the rural society as well as the rural society transformation in China.The land reform working team that directly led the transformation of the rural grassroots society plays an important role in the rural social change,and it was a bridge between the state power and the rural society.
