Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Substantiation Reform Of Jiangsu Sports Dance Association

In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of sports.As an indispensable part of sports development,sports associations are an important part of sports power and an important part of sports system reform.Jiangsu Province,as the pioneer of deepening the reform in an all-round way in China,clearly proposes that the physical reform of the provincial sports associations should be carried out,the number and scale of members should be expanded,and the self hematopoietic function of the associations should be enhanced.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and expert interview,this paper makes an in-depth study on the organizational entity,economic entity and institutional entity of Jiangsu Dance Sports Association,and draws the following conclusions:(1)There are many problems in the reform of three dimensions of organization entity,economy entity and system entity of Provincial Sports Dance Association,which are mainly reflected in the imperfection of system system,the slow process of de administration and the low degree of market development.(2)Jiangsu Sports Dance Association should rely on its unique economic and population resources,take market-oriented development as the starting point,institutional reform as the guarantee to carry out substantive reform,further strengthen the internal construction of the association and enhance its own "hematopoietic" function,(3)The physical reform of Jiangsu Sports Dance Association needs to closely link the national fitness strategy with the construction of a strong sports country.Only when the three support each other and depend on each other can we achieve a qualitative leap and serve the physical reform of Jiangsu Sports Dance Association.
