Research On The Substantiation Reform Of Anhui Sports Dance Association Under The Background Of Sports Social Organization Reform

The individual sports association has been shouldering the important mission of improving sports performance and winning glory for the country since its establishment.Sports dance association as an integral part of an individual sport association,the state advocates deepening the system reform,the transformation of government functions and reduce the decentralization,sports autonomy under the background of social organizations according to law,sports dance association should also comply with The Times,follow the torrent of national reform,complete with the director unit of the "decoupling",set up under the new era,a new association of materialization.This study using the literature material method,on-the-spot investigation method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,on the civil affairs department to complete the registration of Anhui province sports dance association materialization reform present situation and problems on investigation and analysis,compare the ongoing materialization four association before and after the reform of the reform of the status quo,summarize the conclusion to the following questions:(1)The materialization process of Anhui Dance Sport Association is slow,and the management personnel hold cross-office,and the self-development ability after "decoupling" is not ideal temporarily;(2)The organization system and operation system of Anhui Provincial Dance Sport Association are not perfect,and the material conditions are not sufficient;(3)The rights,responsibilities and functions of Anhui Dance Sport Association are not clear enough,and the social service ability needs to be improved;(4)Anhui Dance Sport Association lacks social foundation and social status.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)To accelerate the socialization of Anhui Dance Sport Association closely around the reform theme;(2)Strengthen the leading role of the government and formulate corresponding policies to support the reform of Anhui Dance Sport Association;(3)Formulate the operation mechanism and internal articles of association and system suitable for the development of Anhui Dance Sport Association;(4)Fully clarify the rights,responsibilities and functions to promote multi-party cooperation;(5)Drawing on the successful experience of the event,create the characteristic brand event of the association and improve the popularity of the association;(6)to promote the effective integration of sports dance and traditional culture,and increase the interest of the masses in exercise;(7)Taking the fundamental interests of the people as the direction,actively give back to the society and improve the social status of the Association.
