| "Erlang Lantern Festival" is a folk activity with a thousand years of history in Wan'an,Jiangxi Province,which belongs to the fourth batch of intangible cultural heritage in Jiangxi Province.It has rich contents and various forms.It is a folk cultural activity with folk songs,dances and story plots.It has art performances such as Nuo dance,dragon lantern,shrimp and centipede lantern,unicorn,lion and elephant lantern,as well as plastic arts such as New Year pictures and paper ties.In the 1960 s,affected by politics,the activity was interrupted.In order to meet the needs of the times,Wanan Erlang Lantern Festival was developed into urban culture and art by the government Art Festival,become the representative of creative culture industry.Nowadays,the creative industry centered on folk activities is an important operation mode of cultural market and an important means for art to generate economic value.All countries and regions actively explore their own cultural value and carry out urban cultural activities.Creative developers plan,package and publicize creative traditional folk custom products from the aspects of subject creativity,community integration and extension of industrial chain,and then transform them into Festival cultural products that are more conducive to cultural communication and sharing,which is not only a means of protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritage,but also creates a cultural atmosphere of the city,and enhances the public to the city City identity and sense of belonging.Anthropology calls it the image embodiment of the changes of national culture and regional culture,which is the reinterpretation of folk culture in the contemporary era.It constructs a bridge for the transformation of national culture from tradition to modern.Therefore,folk culture involved in festival activities has become an important issue of urban revitalization and development.However,due to different tourism cultural resources,different strategies adopted by the government and management developers,the current situation of folk culture development varies from place to place,and art festivals in most areas are still in the same mode of reproduction,lacking local characteristics.Based on the case study of the folk custom activity "children's Lantern Festival" in Wanan County,Ji'an City,Jiangxi Province,the author makes a field investigation and Research on the second children's cultural and Art Festival,and takes the management mechanism and successful experience of the second children's cultural and Art Festival as the key research direction,and puts forward two aspects that should be focused on in the development of the folk culture and Art Festival,one is the noumenon of folk culture Research.Historical origin,development status and folk culture in the performing arts,plastic arts,voice arts are carefully distinguished,focusing on the analysis of the cultural value and development significance of the festival performance content.Such as whether it has distinctive regional cultural characteristics,whether it is conducive to development,whether the development process will damage the authenticity of folk culture and so on.On the other hand,it studies the management mechanism and development strategy of culture and Art Festival.It mainly focuses on the analysis of performance content,basic elements of performance process management planning,communication and promotion elements,as well as the source of funds,organization management and development strategy.This paper will carry out research from multiple perspectives and levels.First,using historical thinking,it will think about the inevitable process and internal logic of the development of folk custom "Erlang Lantern Festival",and summarize its historical evolution,development status and evolution process.Secondly,it discusses the performance content with profound cultural connotation in the festival,grasps the relationship between the festival and folk culture,the festival and urban development,and analyzes the management mechanism of the second festival from multiple perspectives.Finally,using dialectical thinking,this paper discusses the problems and development advantages of the second children's Lang culture and Art Festival,and makes forward-looking thinking.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly discusses the domestic and international research status,research significance,research difficulties,research methods and ideas of the folk activities children's Lantern Festival.This chapter is the basic work of studying Wan'an children's Lantern Festival.The second chapter first introduces the cultural context of the birth of the children's Lang culture,mainly discusses the natural geographical environment and the historical and cultural environment;secondly,introduces the origin of the children's Lang cultural and Art Festival,discusses the core content of the children's Lang cultural and Art Festival,such as the historical origin and development status quo;finally,the two children's Lang cultural and art festivals are discussed Ratio analysis.The third
