Management Research And Case Analysis Of Local Characteristic Culture

Our country is rich in cultural resources of local characteristics,which are the cultural treasures of the ancestors of thousands of years passed down.However,with the development of science and technology and the popularity of electronic media,the way and channels of cultural consumption are becoming increasingly abundant and the pursuit of culture is getting more and more diversified,which leads to the survival of local minority culture and even disappearance.It is a great challenge for local governments to effectively manage and guide the local characteristic culture to keep the sustainable development of local characteristic culture.This paper mainly discusses three problems: the dilemma of management for the local characteristic culture,the methods for the dilemma and the strategies to deal with this challenge based on the culture dynamic management model.This paper systematically studied the challenges of the management and guidance of local characteristics culture,and proposed strategies and methods to solve them,hoping to establish a set of effective cultural dynamic management models and promote the construction and development of China's cultural undertakings.In this paper,We take the protection and management of Yiyang Flower Drum Opera as a sample.The current situation of Yiyang flower-drum was investigated and then we made a deep analysis of the investigated data.The advantages as well as problems were studied based on dynamic management model and the strategies were proposed.The culture dynamic management model focus on how to allocate the resources of government,market and social organization to achieve the optimal management.The strategies include reducing the intervention of governments,encouraging the participation of the social organization and discovering the potential of markets.In the last,we conclude the paper and the further study are discussed.
