Generating Themes In Objective Records Taking Documentary

The theme is very important for a documentary,which is related to the expression of intention and the transmission of ideas.In the objective documentary films,the establishment and grasp of the theme is gradually formed by the accumulation of time.By not intervening in the life of the subject and observing it as a bystander,we try to record the most real and moving part of the subject.This paper will take Urban Hermit as an example to analyze how to generate the theme of documentary in the objective record from the aspects of pre-survey,mid-term shooting,post-editing and so on.At the same time,I talk about the author's experience in the process of creation."Urban Hermit" is an objective record of documentary works,based on the art time from morning to night as the framework.Structure the interesting and meaningful things that are relevant to Mr.Zheng.It mainly talks about getting up early and sweeping the floor,hitting trees and singing,reading scriptures;talking about reading during the day,talking about the Analects of Confucius;making lunch with family members,drying quilts,teaching students to cultivate the trees and yoga trees;telling Mencius at night,reading before bed,and a series of events.
