"What is national is universal.".Minority culture is a part of Chinese culture,which has many excellent connotations and elements.The movie is one of the popular media which is deeply loved by the audience at present,and has the esthetic function and the education value.Therefore,to excavate the essence of national culture can not only carry forward the excellent connotation of national culture,but also deepen education and improve aesthetic orientation.?Black Beauty?and?Wolf Totem?are the outstanding representatives of Mongols movies,the rich national culture and ethos of respecting life,cherishing kinship,protecting ecology and living in harmony with all living beings in the two films embody the unique connotation of minority cultures,in the cultural dissemination process has the precious value.By combing the relevant literature,this paper finds that the research on the two films mainly focuses on the narrative strategy of the text,and the research on the cultural connotation is rare.Based on this,this paper analyzes the cultural connotation of the two films from the perspective of communication,and analyzes their psychological culture,regional culture,national culture,ecological culture,etc,as well as in the dissemination process exists the choice,the substitution,the explanation and the acculturation,has formed two movies each has the characteristic cultural connotation.The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of cultural connotation on audience's cognition,attitude and behavior,as well as the social effect of aesthetic and totemic culture at the macro level,this paper attempts to analyze the differences of communication effects by using the principle of entropy increase in physics,and analyzes the reasons for the differences of cultural connotations through internal factors(spirit of the times,national character)and external factors(economic benefits),finally,in view of the different cultural connotation of the two films,the paper explores the enlightenment it brings to the film level,the social level and the communication level.
