A Critical Study On Poetic Theory Of WoXue Poetry By Yuan Jiagu

Wo Xue Poetry is written by Yuan Jiagu who is the only top scholar in Yunnan's history.Yuan lived in the special period between the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China.Therefore,WoXue Poetry not only has the feature of traditional poetry but also shows the open thought turning to modern poetry.Meanwhile,because of the Yuan's aedently love to his hometown,Woxue Poetry icludes a large number of Yunnan's local poets,poetry and evaluationss of these poetry,which fully demonstrates the regional characteristics of Yunnan poetics criticism.Therefore,through the summary of each item in woxue poetry,we can excavate the important value of poetic theory criticism.Besides perusing the whole book,collecting relevant history documents and combining with the historical background and the author Yuan Jiagu's life,this thesis also uses the method of literature research and mutual verification of literature and history to discuss the poetic theory criticism and the important influence of Yunnan regional poetry in Qing Dynasty based on the text of Woxue Poetry,This paper includes the following three parts:The first part is introduction,which mainly expounds the reason for choosing this topic,literature review,and the overview of Yuan Jiagu and his woxue poetry.This part also introduces Yuan Jiagu's life and achievements and shows the current research,completion and edition of Woxue Poetry.The second part is main body.This part can be divided into three chapters.The first chapter expounds the theory of poetics criticism in woxue poetry in three aspects of creation theory,criticism theory and classic poet theory,which also tease out the poetics criticism theory of the whole poetry.The second chapter shows us the regional concept of poetics criticism in Woxue poetry,which can be found in the attention to the integrative development process of Yunnan poetry and Central Plains poetry,as well as the attention to Yunnan poets and poetry.The third chapter shows the value of poetics theory criticism in three aspects.First it shows the innovative poetics views focusing on the author Yuan's exertion and creation in traditional poetics point of view,second it broadens the poetics horizon in this poetry it discusses poetry theory in different times,countries and various sects,third it shows Yunnan's localcharacteristics through the chronicle of the people and eventsThe third part is conclusion.This part points out while there's some shortcomings in Woxue poetry,it has noticiable effect not only on the Chinese poetry criticism but also on the development of Yunnan regional poetry.Therefore,Woxue poetry is an impressive poetry with great research value.
