Research On The Efficiency Optimization Of Public Digital Culture Service In Pingliang Area Of Gansu Province

The construction of rural public cultural service system is an important part of China's implementation of rural revitalization strategy,promotion of all-round prosperity of cultural undertakings,and the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way.It is also a strategic choice for China to build a socialist modernization power and continuously realize the people's longing for a better life.The emergence of the Internet has promoted social progress,evolved new means of cultural communication,and strengthened public digital cultural services as an important measure to improve the public cultural service system in the digital age.By digitally processing cultural resources,the Internet stores cultural resources and promotes culture in a shared way.It not only eliminates the barriers of cultural communication,but also broadens the channels of cultural communication,and makes the spread of culture more extensive and long-lasting.At present,there is still a big gap in the public cultural services in rural areas of China compared with cities.There are many problems in the construction of public digital culture,infrastructure supply and professional talent allocation,resulting in insufficient rural public digital cultural service capabilities.The service efficiency is low,the cultural needs of rural residents cannot be met,and public culture cannot be effectively shared in rural areas.This paper takes the construction and utilization of public digital cultural service system in rural areas of Pingliang City,Gansu Province as the research object,investigates the public cultural service facilities and product utilization status of rural residents in Pingliang City,and comprehensively and systematically analyzes the construction of rural public digital cultural service system.In terms of the deficiencies and problems in the use,it is found that the rural areas in Pingliang City have low levels of equalization of infrastructure,insufficient supply of public digital cultural resources,and difficulties in service environment management.The key factors that constrain the effectiveness of rural public digital cultural services in Pingliang City are summarized.And its mechanism of action,from the resource allocation system,service application system,government regulatory evaluation system,user training mechanism,the main strategies for optimizing the efficiency of public digital cultureservices in Pingliang rural areas.
