A Study On The Concept Of ChunQiu Of The Pre Qin Philosophers

From the perspective of the development of the whole ancient Chinese study of Chunqiu,the period of spring and autumn and Warring States in which the pre-Qin philosophers lived is an important stage of the transformation of the nature of Chunqiu from "history" to "classics".The concept of Chunqiu of the pre-Qin philosophers also embodies the original appearance of the development of the early study of Chunqiu.This paper is entitled the research on the concept of " Chunqiu " of the pre Qin philosophers.The author makes a comparative study of the five representative books of the pre Qin period,Mencius,Xunzi,Mozi,Zhuangzi,Hanfeizi,Chunqiu and the three biographies.First of all,by analyzing the specific meaning of the word " Chunqiu " in the books of the pre-Qin philosophers,with the help of the characteristics of different periods of time of the pre-Qin philosophers,we can speculate on the spread of Chunqiu and its three biographies in the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period and the degree of scholars' acceptance of them.Secondly,by combing the pre-Qin scholars' evaluation and views on Chunqiu.this paper focuses on their concept of Chunqiu and summarizes the specific content and characteristics of the concept of Chunqiu.in Mencius,Xunzi,Mozi,Zhuangzi,Hanfeizi and other books.In addition,this paper also excavates the historical materials of Chunqiu.in the books of the pre-Qin philosophers,and further excavates the rich content of the view of Chunqiu.in the pre-Qin philosophers through the comparative analysis of the same historical materials of the same title in the books of the pre-Qin philosophers and the biography of the Chunqiu classics.Finally,from the point to the surface,the author summarizes the concept of Chunqiu of the whole pre Qin period,and expounds its infiltration and influence on the later Chunqiu studies.In general,this paper includes the following aspects besides the introduction:The first chapter discusses the social and historical environment of s Chunqiu and the academic atmosphere of that time.It mainly emphasizes the nourishment of the six classics to the thoughts of the philosophers and the birth of the historical concepts from "narration without making" to "narration as making".The second chapter explores the concept of Chunqiu in Mencius."Chunqiu" in Mencius refers to Chunqiu Jing,luchunqiu and Zuozhuan,while the concept of Chunqiu in Mencius has three connotations in understanding the intention,nature and function of Chunqiu and the significance of calligraphy.This chapter also explores the similarities between Mencius' thoughts and the righteousness of the Chunqiu.The third chapter discusses the concept and characteristics of Chunqiu in Xunzi.This paper points out that "Chunqiu" in Xunzi refers to Chunqiu Jing and Gongyang Zhuan,and "Chunqiu" in Xunzi points to the "micro" of "Chunqiu",and has the rich content of "three biographies".The fourth chapter discusses the concept of Chunqiu in Mozi and Zhuangzi.The word "Chunqiu" in Mozi is the general name of historical books.In Zhuangzi,the meaning of "Chunqiu" is rich.The concept of "Chunqiu" of "daomingfen" is influenced by Confucius' thought of "Zhengming".In this chapter,through the use and interpretation of historical materials of Chunqiu in Mozi and Zhuangzi,the understanding and inheritance of Chunqiu by Mozi and Zhuangzi are further explored.The fifth chapter excavates the view of Chunqiu in Hanfeizi.This chapter points out that Hanfeizi attaches great importance to the political significance of Chunqiu,in which Confucius' interpretation of "meteor frost does not kill Shu" is used to show his view of the nature and function of Chunqiu.The view of "the name of the real thing" is the inheritance and development of "the division of the real name" in Chunqiu.In this chapter,a large number of stories of Chunqiu in Hanfeizi are summarized and sorted out.Finally,the paper summarizes the four characteristics of the view of Chunqiu of the pre-Qin philosophers,and points out that the view of Chunqiu of the pre-Qin philosophers points out the basic viewpoint and direction of the study of Chunqiu in the early stage,establishes the theme of the study of Chunqiu in the future,promotes the comprehensive study of the classics,history and literature of Chunqiu in the future,and has a profound influence on the development of Chunqiu study in the future.
