Since the reform and opening-up,multi-culture has greatly enriched people's spiritual life.Behind this achievement,the traditional culture represented by intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as non-legacy")has been seriously threatened.In order to cope with the intangible cultural heritage,China has begun to carry out vocational education which is a formal education,inheriting the intangible cultural heritage through a standardize and systematically way.In the process of education inheritance,the construction of teachers as the carrier of intangible cultural heritage is the key to its smooth inheritance.Because the difference between intangible cultural heritage teachers and other types of teachers lies in the difference of inheritance content,the main idea of this study is to take the regular pattern of intangible cultural heritage inheritance as the logical starting point,put forward the theoretical support of the teaching staff construction for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,and combined with empirical research to dig out the existing problems in reality,and finally propose the solutions after comparing the gap between the theoretical conception and the actual situation.Specifically,the second chapter summarizes the essential conditions and key factors of the successful inheritance of intangible cultural heritage at domestic and abroad,which can provide a reference for teaching staff construction for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.The third chapter,based on the experiences and construct the theoretical support of the teaching staff of intangible cultural heritage inheritance in four aspects lying on the academic theory,which is as follows:according to the theory of comparative advantage,both full-time training and part-time introduction should be paid equal attention to;Teachers' literacy quality with both skill and spirit based on the theory of instrumental rationality and value rationality;teachers'professionalization system with both tradition and innovation based on the theory of technological innovation;teachers' management and guarantee system with both financial reward and humanistic care based on the theory of hierarchy of needs.However,in reality,teaching staff construction for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage are facing practical difficulties.Chapter four based on theoretical concepts,conducts semi-structured interviews with inheritors,teachers in Vocational colleges,school leaders and leaders of enterprises participating in school-enterprise cooperation,and issues questionnaires to students,and conclude the outstanding problems in the above four aspects,which is as follows:a shortage of qualified teachers and an imperfect faculty structure;the teachers do not have in-depth inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage spirit;the lack of innovative ability of the teachers;the low treatment of the teachers.The fifth chapter finds out the gap between the teachers by comparing their natural state and practical dilemma,and puts forward some corresponding solutions to the four aspects of the teacher faculty structure,teachers'literacy quality,teachers' professionalization and teachers' management and guarantee construction,trying my best to complement the intangible cultural heritage of teaching staff.
