Research On The Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Cultural Industry Park In Yuelu District,Changsha

With the development of economy and society,cultural industry has become a "sunrise industry" under the new normal economic development.As a product of the integration of culture,science and technology and economy,cultural industry has has been regarded as an important indicator of comprehensive national strength,high-tech,high value-added and profound cultural connotation.The further sustainable development of China's economy and supply-side reform put forward new and higher requirements for the development of cultural industry.As one of the cultural industry centers of the city,the construction of the Hou Hu International Art Park,while promoting the development of cultural industry,also has problems such as unclear positioning and insufficient personnel support.It hopes to provide a reference strategy for the construction of the cultural industry park in the city and promote the more rational and scientific development of the cultural industrial park.On the premise of collecting a large amount of relevant information,this paper first summarizes the relevant theories,and expounds the concept of cultural industry and cultural industrial park,including its meaning,characteristics and significance.In general,the development situation and trend of cultural industry at home and abroad are introduced,and the relevant research results of cultural industry at home and abroad are compared and analyzed.Combined with the development status and influencing factors of Hou Hou Hu International Art Park,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of the cultural industrial park,and puts forward corresponding construction strategies.The conclusion drawn from the analysis is that in order to solve the deficiencies in the development of cultural industry represented by HouHu International Art Park in the future,the core issues such as talent support should be taken as the first step;efforts should be made to solve the deviation between the planning and positioning of cultural industry park and the leading industry in the actual operation process,resulting in the lack of obvious characteristics and serious homogeneity of the park,thus resulting in vicious competition.Problems: We should improve the industrial chain within the industrial park,support local enterprises to become bigger and stronger,strive to enhance competitiveness and innovation ability,propel the adjustment of cultural industrial structure rationally,maintain the balance ofdevelopment structure,and avoid problems such as focusing on individual industrial types.
