Passing the New HSK4 is an important transitional stage for Chinese learners to shift from foundation level to intermediate and advanced level.The second part of Writing of the New HSK4 Sentence-making,tests learners' all-round capabilities of Chinese understanding,application and communication,which is the key for learners to pass the exam.based on the analysis of the papers for last Sentence-making exams of the New HSK4,this article summarizes the patterns and reasons of error in test questions which were answered by the Korean undergraduate major in Chinese.The full essay has five chapters.The first part is the introduction introducing the origin,the current research achievements,research significance,research methods and studying objects.The second chapter has a brief introduction of characteristics and functions of Sentence-making.And then the detailed analysis in Sentence-making of17 sets of the New HSK4 from the three aspects of vocabulary,theme and grammar including the sample tests in outline,makes it clear that the test content of Sentence-making is given priority to vocabulary with verbs,pictures with all kinds of behavior or of expression as the topic and grammars of the basic usage of words and sentence patterns.On the basis of the second chapter,the third one analyzes the questions of Sentence-making answered by the Korean students.From the analysis result,it is found that the learner's errors focus on pronunciation,Chinese characters and punctuation,grammar,functions and topics,on account of the learners influenced by the negative transfer of mother tongue and inappropriate learning and communication strategy in the learning process,also associated with the imperfect teaching method and content of the outline.In the fourth part,based on the types and reasons of the errors in the third one,the author puts forward some suggestions on the learning methods of students,teachers' teaching and the detailed standards for evaluation of Sentence-making in the outline.The fifth chapter shows the content that the thesis lacks.
