A Brief Analysis Of Gaohu's Performance In Chinese Orchestra

This article starts with the pursuit the good sound and musical performance of the Gaohu in Chinese Orchestra.Taking the Four Seasons in Lingering Garden as an example,based on Gaohu's own pitch and tone characteristics,an attempt to explore how Gaohu performers can effectively integrate technical means and control the pitch and tone of Gaohu,for better sound performance;how performers work closely with each voices and conductor to better interpret the artistic conception and connotation of the work.
