The research shows that the anxiety of postgraduates is serious,which not only has a negative impact on their study,but also causes troubles or obstacles to their life,work and interpersonal communication.In severe cases,they even have abnormal behaviors such as running away from home and committing suicide.At present,there is a relatively lack of research on graduate students' psychological problems.Therefore,this study selects graduate students with obvious anxiety(standard score of SAS scale >50)as the research object,aiming to explore the effect of group counseling of psycho-scene-drama and rational emotion education,on relieving graduate students' anxiety.In this study,33 subjects were selected from a university in NanJing.The experiment design was divided into two experimental groups and one control group.Among them,the experimental group A was carried out the intervention of psych-scene-drama with embodied cognitive theory orientation,the experimental group B was carried out the group counseling of rational emotion education,and the control group C did not be carried out any intervention.Before and after the intervention,two experimental groups and one control group were evaluated by the self-rating anxiety scale.Group members were interviewed before group counseling and visited six months after the end of group counselling.The comparison between the three groups and the comparison before and after each group were conductedThe results of this study illustrated that(1)the average level of SAS anxiety of postgraduates at the present stage was 44.18,higher than the national norm(29.78±0.46),and the difference was statistically significant(t= 76.44,P< 0.01).A total of 77(27%)patients were diagnosed with anxiety symptoms,including 59(21%)with mild anxiety,15(5%)with moderate anxiety,and 3(1%)with severe anxiety.According to STAI scale,106 people have obvious anxiety,accounting for 36.93%.(2)the two kinds of group counseling,psych-scene-drama with embodied cognition and rational emotion,have significant effects on improving postgraduates' anxiety.After the intervention,their anxiety scores,anxiety mood,autonomic nervous disorder,sports tension,anxiety mood and autonomic nervous disorder were significantly improved in four dimensions(all P< 0.01);(3)in this study and the cognitive psychological sitcoms and rational emotive education two forms of complementary to improve the effect of the graduate student anxiety significantly,after the intervention,the anxiety scores and anxiety mood,plant nerve function disorder,nervousness,anxiety and mood state of mixing plant nerve dysfunction of four dimensions have significantly increased;(4)compared with the intervention results of group counseling in rational emotion education,psych-scene-drama with embodied cognitive orientation are more significant in four aspects: total score,anxiety dimension,autonomic dysfunction dimension and mixed symptoms of anxiety and autonomic dysfunction.Conclusion :(1)enough attention should be paid to the anxiety state of postgraduates.It is feasible and operable to improve the anxiety state of postgraduates by group counseling of psych-scene-drama and rational emotion education.(2)the effect of psych-scene-drama with embodied cognition on improving the anxiety level of postgraduates is better than that of group counseling of rational emotion education,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
