A Study Of Cao Ye,A Poet Of The Late Tang Dynasty

Cao Ye is one of the representative poets of realism in the late tang dynasty.And Cao Ye against the late Tang's popular poetry style,adhere to the use of ancient body for the creation of realistic poetry,this creative attitude in the late Tang poetry is very valuable.Not only that,Cao Ye's poetry has the inheritance of the predecessors,but also has its own innovation.Nowadays,the achievements of Cao Ye's research have covered his life and poetry,and many achievements have been made,which laid a foundation for the research of this paper.At the same time,the research results that the author has mastered at present also leave room for further expansion.Based on previous studies,this paper makes a more in-depth and systematic study of Cao Ye's poems' subject matter and artistic style.One innovation of this paper is to divide Cao Ye's poems into four categories: imperial examination poems,epic poems,love poems and satirical poems.Another innovation of this paper is to discuss the artistic origin of Cao Ye's poems(including the realistic tradition since the book of songs,the inheritance of the han and wei dynasties,and Ttao Yuanming's poems),the form characteristics(wuyan ancient style and yuefu poems)and the artistic characteristics(language style and artistic technique)in terms of artistic style.On the basis of previous studies,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic exploration of Cao Ye and his poems in combination with the world and scholars of the late tang dynasty,Cao Ye's life experience,the content of his poetry thoughts,artistic features and artistic origins.
