This paper takes the Tunliu dialect in Shanxi as the research object,uses the first-hand materials obtained from field investigations,and the new dual evidence method to analyze the basic features of Tunliu dialects,the differences between Tunliu dialects,Middle Ancient Pronunciations,and Mandarin,the differences and changes of Tunliu dialect in the past three decades under the influence of various factors.The article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction and mainly introduces the geographical overview and historical evolution of Tunliu area,the general situation and research status of Tunliu dialect,the research significance,research methods and material sources of this topic.eg.The second chapter mainly describes the basic features of Tunliu dialect's phonetics,including the phonology of Tunliu dialect,the combination of phonology and tones,some special phonetic changes,and the phenomenon of different between literary and colloquial readings.The third chapter compares the phonology of Tunliu dialect with the phonology of the Middle Ages.It is mainly divided into two parts,the first part is the correspondence the ancient phonology compared with Tunliu dialect including the initials finals and tones.;the second part is the correspondence Tunliu dialect compared with the ancient phonology including the initials finals and tones.The fourth chapter compares the phonology of Tunliu dialect with Mandarin.Including the correspondence between the initials of Tunliu dialect and Mandarin,the correspondence between the finals of Tunliu dialect and Mandarin,and the correspondence between the tones of Tunliu dialect and Mandarin.The fifth chapter is the evolutions of Tunliu dialect in the past thirty years.The main changes of Tunliu dialect in the past three decades are researched from four aspects: initials,negative finals,positive finals andentering tone finals.The characteristics of these evolutions are summarized,and some reasons for the phenomenon appear.The sixth chapter is the homophone vocabulary of Tunliu dialect.
