A Study On The Professional Development Of Chinese Pop Music Arranger

In China's pop music industry,which is developing rapidly and has a considerable scale of industry and consumer market,the importance of pop music Arrangers and their creation is increasingly recognized by the industry and the community,and their artistic value is also increasingly concerned.However,contrary to the increasing attention and importance.Nowadays,Chinese pop music arrangers are facing various problems that hinder their professional development from the macro industry level,the micro individual level,and the historical legacy level,which need to be solved urgently.Based on the research vision of marketing environment analysis and historical analysis,this paper attempts to systematically discuss and analyze the problems that hinder the professional development of Chinese pop music arrangers at the macro industry level,micro individual level and historical legacy level,and carry SWOT analysis on them.On this basis,this paper will put forward suggestions for the macro level and countermeasures for the individual level to the professional development of Chinese pop music arrangers.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the value connotation and the artistic value of pop music arrangement,defines its accurate concept,and discusses its two main artistic characteristics.The second chapter,from the perspective of historical research,discusses the specific process,characteristics and historical problems left over during the 30-year development of Chinese pop music arrangement.The third chapter takes the marketing environment analysis as the research point of view,respectively,combs and analyzes the performance,characteristics,causes and impacts of the problems faced by Chinese pop music arrangers at the macro industry level and the micro individual level.In the fourth chapter,SWOT analysis is carried out on the individual strengths and weaknesses of the development of Chinese pop music arranger,as well as the opportunities and threats of the macro industry.The fifth chapter,based on the results of SWOT analysis,puts forward suggestions for the macro level and countermeasures for the individual level to the professional development of Chinese pop music arrangers.
