Research has shown that negative emotions are individual addiction and relapse is an important psychological factor obviously,high relapse rate for heroin this problem,improve the negative mood is the key to reduce the relapse rate is a large number of studies have shown that mindfulness training can effectively improve the individual emotions,however,mindfulness intervene in the field of rehabilitation practice less,mindfulness intervene if a mood improves effectively the heroin withdrawal? Can it be applied to drug addicts under the mandatory isolation policy of our country? And is mindfulness focused breathing effective? Therefore,in this study,heroin addicts were selected as subjects to explore the improvement of negative emotions of heroin addicts by mindfulness intervention of concentrated breathing.In the first study,35 heroin abstinence patients aged 37-62 and 27 normal subjects were studied.Behavioral experiments were used to measure emotional assessment and negative emotional tolerance in both groups.A further simple effect analysis showed that in the normal group,the evaluation of neutral emotion was significantly higher than that of heroin withdrawal group.In the tolerance of negative emotion,the independent sample t test showed that the tolerance of negative emotion in the normal group was significant higher than the heroin withdrawal group.In the second study,60 heroin withdrawal patients aged 25-64 were randomly assigned,30 were divided into concentrated respiratory intervention group and 30 were divided into non-centralized respiratory intervention group.The interaction between pre-and post-test and grouping was significant,and further simple effect analysis showed that the tolerance of pre-test to emotion was significantly lower than that of post-test under the condition of concentrated respiratory intervention.According to the research,the following four conclusions are drawn:(1)In the overall emotional potency assessment,the emotional picture potency of the normal group was significantly higher than that of the heroin withdrawal group;in the neutral emotional condition,the neutral evaluation of the normal group was significantly higher than that of the heroin withdrawal group;(2)the negative emotion tolerance of the normal group was significantly higher than that of the heroin withdrawal group that of the heroin withdrawal group;(3)after ten minutes ofconcentrated respiration intervention,the positive expression was higher than that of the non-centralized respiratory intervention group;(4)Compared with the non-centralized respiratory intervention group,the tolerance of the concentrated respiratory intervention group to negative emotions was significantly improved.
