Based on the theoretical research of mindfulness adjust emotion, this study explored the characteristics and relationship between mindfulness, resilience and negative emotions of caregivers of breast cancer patients, and expanded the research perspective of negative emotions. Most of the academic circles are directly concerned with the relationship between mindfulness level and negative emotion, but there is no further research on the complexity of the two relationships, especially the mediating variables that affect the relationship between the two. This study selects mindfulness, resilience and negative emotion as the research variables, and provides theoretical support for the positive study of negative emotions. This paper takes 321 primary caregivers of patients with breast cancer who were tested using Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire(FFMQ),Connor-Davidson Resilience(CD-RISC)and Profile of Mood States-Short Form(POMS-SF).Studying the relationship between mindfulness, resilience and negative.emotion, with the resilience to mindfulness and negative emotion between the intermediary role as the starting point. The data obtained used SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 to do the statistical analysis,The results show:(1)Breast cancer patients with primary caregivers of mindfulness level do not exist significant differences in gender, education level and family income;there is no significant difference of resilience in gender and educational level, there are significant differences in household income;negative emotions have no significant difference in gender and educational level, there are significant differences in family income on;(2)There was a significant positive correlation between mindfulness level and resilience among caregivers of breast cancer patients, and negatively correlated with negative emotions. There was a significant negative correlation between resilience and negative emotions;(3)Mindfulness level of caregivers of breast cancer patients can significantly predict negative emotions.Mindfulness level can also significantly predict resilience, and resilience can significantly predict negative emotions;(4)The mindfulness level of the main caregivers of the breast cancer patients not only plays a direct role in predicting negative emotions, but also indirectly affects negative emotions through mental resilience; The following conclusions are drawn:(1)the negative emotion of the main caregivers of the breast cancer patients is influenced by mindfulness and resilience of the caregivers. The higher the mindfulness level, the higher the mental resilience, and the lower the negative emotions of the caregivers.(2)Mental resilience plays a partial mediator between mindfulness and negative emotions.
