Recently, under the continuous development of China's market economy, the scale of migrants has shown a trend of expanding annually in order to seek more development opportunities and broader prospects.According to statistics, the total migrants are close to one sixth of China's total population, which makes great contributions to social development. At the same time, the mental health of the huge migrants is related to the development and smooth operation of the society.Community is a form of living for people to adapt to the society.Sense of community is the sense of belonging and emotional connection of individuals to the community they live in.As an indicator to measure the level of individual mental health,a good sense of community can promote the migrants to make a positive evaluation of themselves and actively and effectively deal with various setbacks in life.McMillan's "Four Elements" theoretical model holds that interpersonal trust is closely related to sense of community.Chinese scholar Mou Lixia and others believed that researchers should focus on cognitive style, coping style and other topics in the process of studying sense of community in combination with China's national conditions. Therefore, combined with domestic and foreign research, this paper takes the migrants as the main research object. What's more, from the perspective of community,it discusses the relationship between sense of community, interpersonal trust and coping styles by comparative analysis of migrants and non-migrants.This paper finds that:(1)There are significant differences between migrants and non-migrants in the scores of community perception variables, which is specifically manifested in the fact that the community perception score of migrants is significantly lower than that of nonmigrants. The positive coping style and interpersonal trust scores of the migrants are lower than those of the non-migrants,and the negative coping style scores of the migrants are higher than those of the non-migrants,but there is no significant difference.(2)The migrants' sense of community is positively related to the level of interpersonal trust, the sense of community is positively related to the positive coping style, the interpersonal trust is positively related to the positive coping style, and the interpersonal trust is positively related to the negative coping style. However, the sense of community of non-migrants is positively related to the level of interpersonal trust. There is a positive correlation between sense of community and positive coping styles. The sense of community is negatively correlated with negative coping styles. The level of interpersonal trust is positively correlated with positive coping styles. It is negatively related to negative coping styles.(3)The mediating role of interpersonal trust on the sense of community and coping styles of migrants and non-migrants is different. In the migrants, the sense of community can positively predict negative coping styles through the mediating role of interpersonal trust, but the sense of community cannot affect positive coping styles through interpersonal trust. However,in the non-migrants,the sense of community can significantly and positively predict the positive coping style through the mediating role of interpersonal trust.Significantly negative predicts negative coping styles. This paper analyzes the current situation of migrants and non-migrants,and compares them through direct and indirect effect models. This study provides a new research perspective and object for the research on sense of community in our country, and verifies the feasibility of McMillan and Chavis' "four elements".The innovative comparative analysis of migrants and non-migrants runs through the study. Some positive and meaningful suggestions are provided for promoting the research of sense of community, understanding the basic experience and feelings of migrants on the community, improving and cultivating sense of community, facilitating community workers and improving the mental health level of migrants.
