Ando county is subordinate to Naqu city of Tibet Autonomous Region. It is located in the north of Tibet and at the foot of Tanggula mountains. It is the north gate of Tibet. The Tibetan dialect of Ando county belongs to the pastoral sub-dialect of Kang Dialect, which is not the same concept as Ando Dialect, one of the three major Tibetan dialects. In this paper, the Tibetan dialect of Ando county is called Ando dialect. As far as the three major Tibetan dialects are concerned, the internal differences between Wei Zang Dialect and Ando Dialect are relatively small, while Kang Dialect has formed different dialects due to its unique geographical location and development process, and the internal differences are relatively large.According to the materials at present, there is no systematic introduction and research on the phonetic of Ando dialect in Tibetan Kang Dialect in the academic circle, and people know little about the phonetic characteristics of Ando dialect.Based on this, this paper will make a detailed description and analysis of the phonetic system of Ando dialect, and strive to truly show its phonetic features. The introduction part of the article mainly introduces the general situation of Ando county, including two aspects of geographical environment and human history,at the same time,it explains the reason for the topic and the significance of the research;it also introduce the domestic and foreign research status of Kang Dialect;finally,it explains the source of the materials and the research methods used in the investigation and research. The first chapter describes the phonetic system of Ando dialect from five aspects: initial, final, tone and syllabic structure, sandhi. It also explains the phonology. The second chapter starts from the ancient Tibetan phonetic system, this paper discusses the evolution of Ando dialect from the ancient to the present from the three aspects of initial, final and tone, and summarizes its evolution rules. The third chapter mainly selects the features of the initials and finals in the evolution process of Ando dialect, and makes a comparative analysis with Lhasa dialect,Gaize dialect and Batang dialect. At the same time, the paper also compares the production of tone.According to the evolution of initials, finals and tones,as well as the geographical location and social environment, the future development trend of Ando dialect is to continue to move closer to the Wei Zang Dialect. The last chapter is the conclusion, which is a summary of the whole article.
