Research On The Integration Mechanism,Path And Coordination Development Of Xinjiang Cultural Creative Industry And Tourism Industry

From the perspective of industrial integration,through combing the existing literature,combined with the regional characteristics of Xinjiang,this study analyzes the integration mechanism and path of cultural and creative industries and tourism in Xinjiang.On the basis of previous studies,this paper holds that the integration mechanism of cultural and creative industries and tourism industry in Xinjiang is mainly divided into three parts: driving mechanism,transmission mechanism and guarantee mechanism.The driving mechanism of industrial integration development is mainly composed of internal driving force,external traction force and internal / external friction force.From the perspective of industrial value chain,the cultural and creative industry and tourism industry are disassembled and restructured to form a new integrated industrial value chain,which is divided into four stages: Innovation of culture and tourism resources and creativity production implementation marketing publicity consumption experience.The guarantee mechanism is mainly affected by four factors,such as policy environment,industry system,technological innovation and financial environment.The cultural and creative industry and tourism industry in Xinjiang are integrated through product integration,enterprise integration,market integration and system integration.Based on the theoretical analysis of the integration of cultural and creative industries and tourism industry in Xinjiang,this paper uses cross-sectional data to analyze the actual development of the two major industries in Xinjiang.With the help of coupling theory and grey system theory,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the integration of the two industries,measures and analyzes the comprehensive level evaluation index,coupling degree and coordination degree of the two industries,and forecasts and analyzes the integration development of Xinjiang in the next four years by constructing the grey prediction model.According to the measurement results,the coupling coordination degree of cultural and creative industry and tourism industry in Xinjiang is on the rise,and its coupling coordination type has changed from highly maladjusted to primary coordination type.Under the favorable development environment in the next four years,the integrated development of cultural and creative industries and tourism in Xinjiang will continue to grow,and the type of coupling coordination will change from intermediate coordination to high-quality coordination.At the same time,through the data analysis,we find that in the process of the integration of the two industries,there are some problems,such as the weak anti risk ability of the industry,the weak awareness of innovation,the lack of product publicity,the lack of institutional reform,and the shortage of innovative talents.According to the above problems,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures from the government level,market level,enterprise level and consumer level.Among them,the government should promote the integration of department management functions,strengthen the reform of cultural system,establish the mechanism of talent cultivation and introduction;the market level should pay attention to the integration from the source of industrial value chain,clarify the market positioning,carry out multi market integration,and strengthen market supervision;the enterprise level should actively enhance the attraction of cultural and creative tourism,and establish the exclusive business card of Xinjiang region At the consumer level,we need to improve consumer awareness and awareness,tap potential demand,and increase the interactive participation of tourists.
