Teaching materials are the bridge between teachers and students,the medium of Chinese communication,and an important carrier tool in teaching Chinese to speakers as a foreign language.Therefore,teaching materials play a very important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.In practice,the author finds that foreign students are very interested in Chinese diet,and if they can be integrated into the vocabulary of food culture in the teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language,they will certainly stimulate students' interest in learning.This paper takes the comprehensive series of textbooks of "developing Chinese" as the research object,and takes the vocabulary of food culture stipulated in the General syllabus of International Chinese Teaching as a reference,and makes a statistical and analysis of the vocabulary of food culture in each volume of the textbook.At the same time,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the foreign students in the middle and advanced classes to find out whether they knew about Chinese eating habits and whether they knew and mastered the vocabulary of eating culture,and what suggestions they had on diet in the teaching materials.Through the analysis of dietary vocabulary in teaching materials and questionnaire survey,this paper finds out the existing problems in the compilation of dietary cultural vocabulary in teaching materials and the aspects that need to be improved,and puts forward the principles of compiling teaching materials.On the basis of this principle,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the vocabulary of diet culture and teachers' teaching,in order to provide some help for the compilation of teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language andthe teaching of vocabulary of drinking articles.The structure of the full text is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the reason of this paper,the present situation of the research and so on.The second chapter is the food and cultural vocabulary and its significance and function in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.In that third chapter,the main work is to carry on the statistic and analysis to the full-book of the "development Chinese" and the comprehensive series,to classify the vocabulary of the food culture in different ways,and also to make relevant statistics on the food and cultural vocabulary of the deep meaning and also makes statistics on the vocabulary of the diet culture in the teaching materials,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the food and cultural words in the teaching materials on the basis of statistics.The fourth chapter is the part of the questionnaire.The main contents include the survey object of the questionnaire,the contents and purpose of the survey,and the aim is to know whether the foreign students understand and master the dietary vocabulary of the Chinese diet culture and the deep meaning.And then put forward opinions and suggestions on the preparation and teaching of the teaching material and diet vocabulary.The fifth chapter is the problem of the vocabulary of the dietetic culture in the teaching material,and the related teaching strategies in the teaching.
