With the rapid development of China's economic era and the rapid advancement of science and technology,contemporary society has higher requirements for the cultivation of high-quality talents.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party put forward the new requirements for the cultivation of new people in the era of national renaissance.The spiritual pursuit is also getting stronger.Colleges and universities,as the cradle of cultivating all-round development talents of moral,physical,mental,and physical skills,face the development requirements of the new era,and always regard improving the comprehensive quality of students as an important direction of college education reform.College education in the new era requires the balance between "aesthetic education" courses and other "moral education,intellectual education,and physical education" courses,and public music education for college students can not only cultivate students' aesthetic abilities and innovative consciousness,but also students' moral sentiments.,Personality quality and other aspects have a positive impact,undertaking the important task of cultivating college students' humanities and comprehensive qualities.The construction of "Curriculum Thinking" is an important measure to start a socialist university with Chinese characteristics.General Secretary Xi Jinping said in the new virtue".However,due to the slow development of public music education in China and thegap in the educational level of colleges and universities,there are also major problems in the development of public music education.Therefore,we need to improve our public music education system and management mechanism,and at the same time,in the new era of education reform Under the background,grasp the commonalities and characteristics of the fundamental educational goals of music education and ideological and political education,and play the unique educational role of public music education and its unique moral education function.Organically integrate aesthetic education and moral education,adhere to the principle of unifying explicit and implicit education,provide more teaching resources and teaching ideas for public music education and ideological and political education in colleges,innovate teaching content and practical mechanisms,and strengthen ideological and political Education effectiveness and value leadership in art education.In the process of music education,college students can improve their artistic cultivation and ideological and moral qualities,shape their ideal of new era education as the theoretical basis,and explores its application and research in public music education in colleges and universities,using literature analysis,field interviews,and questionnaires.The combined method of investigation,by understanding the current status of public music education in colleges and universities and the level of education implementation of the concept of "Curriculum Ideology",analyzes the challenges faced by the current construction of "Curriculum Ideology" and public music education in colleges and universities,according to the specific problems of the school Put forward reasonable countermeasures and methods to maximize the moral education in public music education in the teaching process,promote the overall development and healthy growth of students,and promote the development of public music education in China.This article mainly conducts research and analysis from the following six parts:The introduction part mainly introduces the source and background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the objects and methods of the investigation,the literature review and the innovation of this paper.In the first part,the concept and meaning of the concept of "curriculum ideological and political" are sorted out and defined through literature analysis,andthe positive effect of the popularization and application of the concept of "curriculum ideological and political" in college education on the development of College Students' mental health is analyzed.And through the analysis of the current ideological and political".The fourth part is to take three colleges and universities in Guilin as an example,through the interview and field investigation of the teachers and education managers of public music,and the questionnaire survey and result analysis of the college students,pointing out that the public music education in Colleges and universities now exists in several aspects,such as the educational institutions,curriculum settings,the construction of teachers' team,the students' music literacy and the infiltration of moral education ideas in teaching.The fifth part is to put forward solutions and suggestions for the above problems,mainly discusses how to permeate the concept of "curriculum ideological and political" in the public music education of colleges and universities,and how to realize the construction and implementation of public music education in the concept of "curriculum ideological and political".We should give full play to the moral education function of music education,embody the educational connotation of the concept of "Ideological and Political Courses",and realize the dual purpose of enhancing music art and ideological and moral cultivation of college students in artpractice activities,so as to improve their comprehensive quality and realize their all-round development.
