Design And Application Of Sign Language Graphics In Silent Restaurant Brand Image

According to statistics,there are more than 85 million disabled people in the country,of which more than 27 million are hearing-impaired patients.The number of hearing-impaired patients ranks first in the number of the visually impaired,physically disabled,and intellectually disabled.With the rapid development of the world economy,society has become more and more inclusive of hearing impaired groups,so many silent restaurants have gradually appeared in the catering industry.The waiters in the restaurant are all hearing impaired.But because the hearing-impaired group communicates through a special "visual language"-sign language,it makes many hearing-impaired people unable to understand the vocabulary from their perspective.After learning the voices of the hearing-impaired group,the author learned natural sign language from the local hearing-impaired group in Wuhan,the research site,and selected a few vocabularies that have the most characteristics of Wuhan regional cuisine and special gestures.Graphic design is finally used in the design of the premature silent restaurant brand image.In the design of the brand logo of the premature silent restaurant,the sign language gesture of the word "premature" is also graphically designed;and the natural sign language of the Wuhan dialect vocabulary of "premature" is not the same as the gesture Chinese.Different,it is suitable for the hearing impaired groups from all over the country to understand the meaning of the logo.In the process of sign language graphic design,the listeners are also considered.Therefore,the visual symbol of the vocabulary is added to the sign language graphic design,so that the listeners can interpret the vocabulary through visual language like the hearing impaired group.Establish more between the hearing-impaired group and the hearing-impaired group Local contact and communication,so that more hearing impaired groups can obtain employment opportunities through the silent restaurant,and get more opportunities to communicate with other groups outside the world.At the same time,it also gives ordinary people a good opportunity to understand the hearing impaired groups.I also hope that this form can really help the hearing impaired.
