Based on the background of the development of Higher Music Education in Yunnan and the development of cultural undertakings in the whole province since the establishment of the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China,especially the Yunnan Arts University in 1959,in the perspective of the overlapping of the national macro-historical Narrative and the micro-historical narrative of the college,the Yunnan Arts University established its foothold in the course of sixty years of hard-won development,in particular,through an organic combination of the existing textual materials and dictation of generations of founders and successors of the Yunnan Arts University,an attempt has been made to adopt an oral methodological position,in order to look back on the development of the discipline of YUNYI music in the past 60 years,as well as the status of the professional construction,through "collective narration" and dictation with individual temperature,to "reproduce" the historical steps of several generations of YUNYI musicians in their hard pioneering work and forging ahead,and to record a historical sample of the development of JIAZI YUNYI music discipline,in order to investigate the influence of YUNYI music discipline as a "working machine" on the cause of higher music education in Yunnan,it may be said that the focus of this topic is not on the study of "music ontology",but to use the music phenomenon to open a window into history and the present,a job that would have been timely for Yunnan Arts University of the school's celebration just past.Due to the limitations of history,what experiences and achievements have been accumulated in the development of the music discipline of YUNYI in the past 60 years?What achievements have been made? What achievements have been made in the construction of music culture in Yunnan and even in the whole country,there are few textual achievements in this area,and even many anecdotal memories do not correspond to the only historical records,so an oral perspective may be another way to obtain corroboration.First of all,as a kind of microcosmic research,the writing of the text takesthe historical time as the order,bases on the direction of the key elements of the discipline construction,carries on the longitudinal time multiple-angle,multiple-level oral interview on many concrete people and matters in the discipline development,to carry out multiple-directional verification between oral content and limited historical data,especially between documentary records and oral records,and strive to make objective analysis and speculation in "unequal" information,in "multiple correspondence",we seek to close the distance from the historical truth.Therefore,the text writing does not seek the uniqueness of the historical facts,but the reference of the historical records,the text writing takes the time space as the section,diachronic discusses "the big history" in the social overall transformation,as a social unit miniature,in the past 60 years,the construction of "little history" in the music discipline of YUNYI has experienced twists and turns in the tide of social changes,it also records how the development of the music discipline of YUNYI in the past 60 years has ushered in a new era of "bringing order out of chaos,reforming and opening up" throughout the country.How to ride the express train of the times and rely on the favorable policies of the state and the advantages of local culture,to write a brilliant chapter on the mode of running regional higher music schools and the promotion of local cultural construction,and at the same time,as an academic reflection or "problem consciousness",as an afterthought,it also reflects on the disciplinary advantages accumulated during the 60-year school-running process of the construction of the music discipline of YUNYI and the shortcomings restricting the sustainable development,the interaction between how to rely on local cultural resources and how to actively absorb the concepts of frontier general chemistry is studied,especially the oral records of the "people" who had many connections with them in the past 60 years,the result is that the 60-year development and achievements of the music discipline of YUNYI have made many "warm" primary source,both for the writing of texts and for the "freeze-frame" of history,which is a rare academic experience,in this sense,it is the writing process of the text that enables the author not only to complete the accumulation of studies,but also to gain a key to a deep understanding of thedevelopment track of modern music culture in Yunnan,it is a valuable academic asset for individuals.The full text is composed of four chapters.In the first chapter,by means of textual historical materials and oral narration,the author sorts out the experience of "past life" of YUNYI music discipline and the perception of "this life" by the narrator,through reviewing the logical and historical background of the construction of YUNYI music discipline and its social and ecological basis,the experienced writers have written the rough course of the past times.In the second chapter,the author traces back to the historical memory of the construction of YUNYI music discipline,that is,the diachronic carding of the discipline construction and the team-building system and the achievement of the symbolic achievements,and inspects the development of the discipline in the track of social changes,it also describes the historical role of "person" in the process,and examines the interactive relationship between history and personal parallel development.The third chapter,through the oral record,reviewed the development of YUNYI music discipline depending on the social environment and the material condition,stood in the social development pattern,inspected the discipline construction system safeguard to the talented person training promotion function,the paper makes a policy discussion on the achievement of academic achievement driven by social development.Chapter Four,based on the big pattern of the change of the contemporary school-running idea of the music discipline,discusses the achievements and shortcomings of the music discipline of YUNYI in the past 60 years,makes a macro judgment of the challenges and opportunities that the discipline construction faces,and points out that,talent construction and characteristic development are the key to the future development of discipline.Conclusion: As a higher music educational institution in the frontier area,the history and course of the music discipline of Yunnan Arts University in the specialhistorical environment,we have always taken it as our duty to catch up with the latest academic development of our major at home and abroad,and have made great efforts to combine the training objectives with the needs of Yunnan's social development.The 60-year history of running a school has sent talented people to Yunnan and even the whole country.At the same time,as a "machine tool",the music discipline of Yunnan Arts University has also promoted the cause of higher music education in Yunnan and laid a solid step for the development of cultural construction in the province.Therefore,the author believes that we should not only base ourselves on the vertical angle,but also on the basis of the synchronic investigation,examine the track of running the Yunnan Arts University music discipline with rational vision,and conform to the goal of the development of modern music education with an open mind,in particular,we should respect the existence of multiple-culture and realize the transformation of the concept of "music education with the goal of cultural understanding" from an interdisciplinary perspective.
