With the development of The Times,the forms of cultural communication and marketing are constantly changing,and the traditional marketing mode can no longer meet the needs of the current cultural and creative industry,and it is difficult to give full play to the marketing effect.At present,the state attaches great importance to the cultural industry and its development value cannot be underestimated.Traditional outdoor marketing often takes bus shelter,neon lights as the carrier,which has the characteristics of impacting people’s vision and being able to release for a long time.The application of new media has been added to the existing communication methods,especially We Chat marketing,microblog marketing and other marketing methods with very high popularity.Compared with new media,the traditional marketing mode has a single publicity method and is less attractive,which is ignored by consumers.However,cultural communication cannot discard the traditional marketing mode.Traditional and new media should be combined to give full play to their respective advantages and realize integrated marketing,which is the development trend of cultural and creative industry marketing.This paper takes Kunming typewriting Cultural Communication Co.,LTD as the research object and discusses the marketing strategy of the company’s business.Based on the theory of integrated marketing,this paper firstly introduces the basic situation,operation situation and current situation of integrated marketing of Kunming type making company.Secondly,the macro and micro environment and competitive environment of Kunming type are analyzed.Then,SWOT framework is used to analyze the integrated marketing of Kunming type making,and on this basis,it is combined with AHP to explore the weight ranking of influencing factors of integrated marketing of Kunming type making company.Based on the weight,the influencing factors of integrated marketing are analyzed.Finally,it is concluded that the slow construction company mainly faces the customer relationship maintenance system,online marketing resource utilization efficiency is low,the marketing consciousnessweak,target market positioning are not allowed to be major problems,such as,and resource integration,from the customer as the center for integrated marketing training,make full use of marketing resources,enhance communication with customers,to strengthen the overall integrated marketing concept,improve the targeted of target market,boosting consumers four aspects carries on the integrated marketing communication effect improvement.
