With the development of e-commerce,the logistics industry is undergoing a huge transformation.Under the background of the development of strategic requirements and industry standards for smart logistics,the high-quality services and rapid response capabilities of private logistics companies are the hard strength to overcome fierce market competition.Logistics enterprise employees have been put forward higher requirements.The introduction of AI technology reduces labor costs with intelligent logistics customer service.The demand for logistics customer service talents has become a "high-precision" trend.This will undoubtedly bring huge career tests to customer service personnel.Logistics the customer service department's turnover rate is constantly rising,and customer service has become one of the more mobile positions in logistics companies.This article combines the era background of the industry development with the occupational characteristics of the industry to determine the research subject,and determines the research theme through field surveys.The nature of the industry determines that the logistics person needs to cope with busy work and the customer service department is mainly responsible for handling customer complaints and other issues.Employees are more likely to have emotional management problems.Take a logistics company as an example.The customer service department of this company is the research object of this article.It conducts research through questionnaire surveys,organizes data reflection problems in four dimensions of emotional management,and uses data statistics to analyze the reasons.Empirical research on logistics customer service emotional management services through group work methods under the mood therapy mode.Prove the necessity and effectiveness of social work to improve employees' emotional management capabilities and the involvement of group work methods.After comprehensive evaluation and summary,the importance of developing corporate social work was explored,and suggestions for improving emotional management ability were proposed from three aspects: corporate organization,managers,and constructing corporate social work.In the field of social work academic research,the proportion of corporate social work research is relatively small.On this basis,the subject with characteristics is selected as the research object.The innovation group activities numerically reflect the various emotional dimensions and reflect the scientifically rich companies' conclusions.Research areas of social work based on the development of corporate social work,which is still maturing,there are certain shortcomings in this research.The research on emotional management of logistics companies is not thorough enough,and there are limitations in the work of linking resources.
