The Study Of The Mental Health Of The Bank Account Managers By Corporate Social Work Intervention

In recent years,the competition among state-owned commercial banks,joint-stock commercial banks,city commercial banks,rural commercial banks,internet finance and other financial entities has become more and more intense,leading to the increasing workload and the faster pace of work of the bank employees,especially the bank account managers.Under the mental state of high tension and load for a long period,they are prone to depression,fatigue,insomnia,anxiety,nervousness,irritability,obsessive-compulsive disorder,fret and other psychological discomfort phenomenon.If their mental state can't get adjustment,it will cause allergic reactions,aggressive behavior and other psychological disorders or mental illnesses.Through the method of literature investigation,questionnaire survey and case interview,this paper chooses the JS Bank of Shenzhen city as an example to master the psychological situation of the bank account managers and seek their psychological problems,and then discuss how to intervent the mental health problems of the bank account managers by professional corporate social work theory and method.This paper focuses on the bank account managers' emotion management which is based on the rational-emotive theory and uses case interview and the group activities to improve the emotional cognition level and the ability of regulating and managing emotion of the team members so as to improve the bank account managers' mental health level.The evaluation results of process,content and comparison in the group intervention activities of the corporate social work can prove that the group intervention activities help the team members improve their emotional cognition level,their ability to cope with negative emotion and their ability of self adjustment emotion,and help them learn a lot of mental health knowledge,and also enhance the corporate management level.The group activities not only achieve the expected target tasks but also know amply the bank account managers' emotion status which provides certain reference for the case intervention of relevant personnel and the management and training work of other administrative departments.Through the corporate social work intervention to the psychological situation of the bank account managers,this paper explores the new models and methods of the corporate social work intervention to the bank account managers' mental health and also confirmed the intervention is feasible.In addition,this study develops the new service areas of the corporate social work.
