In recent years,business Chinese teaching has become a hot topic in international Chinese teaching.Bhavana Bodhigun vocational school is a new vocational school in Thailand.Spoken business Chinese course is a compulsory course in this school.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this thesis finds that there are some problems in the current teaching method of the course,which has affected the teaching effect of spoken business Chinese.Therefore,this study attempts to apply TPRS teaching method to the teaching design of spoken business Chinese course so as to solve some problems existing in the current business Chinese teaching of the school to a certain extent.This thesis first clarifies the theoretical basis of the teaching design of spoken business Chinese based on TPRS teaching method,and demonstrates the feasibility of using TPRS teaching method in spoken business Chinese course of Bhavana Bodhigun vocational school.Then taking shopping as a case,this thesis expounds how to apply TPRS teaching method to spoken business Chinese teaching design from seven aspects: teaching needs,teaching contents,teaching objects,teaching objectives,teaching strategies,teaching media and teaching evaluation.Through the satisfaction survey of TPRS teaching method,the teaching design has certain advantages in improving students' learning interest andenhancing students' learning initiative.In order to promote the teaching effect of TPRS teaching method in teaching design better,this thesis suggests that teachers should know students' language level,choose appropriate teaching content,create conducive Chinese learning atmosphere,increase students' interest in learning,optimize classroom management,improve teaching effect,stress after-school reflection and improve teaching design.To sum up,this thesis takes the students of Bhavana Bodhigun vocational school as the research object,explores the teaching design of spoken business Chinese based on TPRS teaching method from the theoretical level to the practical level so that provide implications for other business Chinese teachers in teaching design,and also promote the development of business Chinese teaching to a certain extent.
