The demand of Business Chinese, as the important symbol of globalization, increase comprehensive national power, enhancement of cultural and commercial value in Chinese, is gradually increased day by day. Business Chinese is one of field Chinese, professional Chinese, which also has bright Chinese language and economics language characteristics. The study of Oral Business Chinese could be the reference to solve relative language teaching problems, at the same time, it can carry forward commercial cooperation from the perspective of intercultural communication, thus drive the society's development. The Oral Business Chinese especially requires an appropriate, efficient and flexible teaching method, for the special characteristics of Business Chinese, such as the obvious professionalism, the great learning difficulty, together with the problem of the low teaching efficiency and the little interest in the present Business Chinese Teachig field. The situational approach can set different teaching context according to various teaching contents and subjects. Through varied ways, contextual dialogue simulation, picture showing and etc., it introduces vividly and exactly the context environment of the Oral Business Chinese, to make students master the knowledge deeply from various areas and stimulate the interest to study Oral Business Chinese.The introduction of chapter one studied the research status of Oral Business Chinese and situational approach, and introduced the research significance and methods. Chapter two introduced the relative theory, which mainly stated the origin, definition and principle, the Oral Business Chinese connotation, characteristics, common methods and teaching principles.Thus explored the applicability of the situational approach for primary Oral Business Chinese Teaching. Chapter three designed a situational teaching context taking a text as an example by presupposing and analyzing the relative factors. Chapter four summed up the teaching introspection from the teacher and the students according to the teaching effects. Chapter five is the conclusion, which stressed the four points in applying the situational approach to the Oral Business Chinese, and then make a conclusion of the whole article.The study in Situational Teaching by using the simulation method, improves the students' comprehension of Spoken Business Chinese, increase their cross-cultural communicative competence, and strengthen the deeper understanding of Chinese culture. This study aims to change from passive learning to active learning, the benefit for students is not only improve the efficiency of student learning, but also can improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. It is expected that this research can help the foreign language teachers and researchers, and promote the relevant research in the field of Chinese International Education.
