The research object of this master thesis is the process of applying performing cultural approach in oral business Chinese teaching. Taking culture as the carrier of language teaching, and discussing "experience" and "performance" in class teaching activities, this research organized an instructional design.The main body of this thesis includes three parts:part one, performing culture pedagogy theories as well as comparing with other pedagogies; part two, the overall instructional design of oral business Chinese teaching by performing culture approach; part three, one case instructional design of oral business Chinese teaching by performing culture approach---we arrange a dinner for all of you. The thesis includes the following five parts, the contents of each section are as follows:Introduction. This part introduces the research background, significance, research theories and research methods. The literature review part reviewed a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, and focused on analysis of the current research in the field of oral Chinese teaching, performance culture approach in second language teaching theory and teaching applications, targeted to the performance culture approach and oral business Chinese teaching combination.Chapter one. This chapter did a comparative study on the theory of performance culture approach and other pedagogies. This part describes the concept of performance culture approach body, designs and sets goals oral teaching courses based on the theory of performance culture approach. And this part also compares the theoretical body of speech and performance culture approach and other sources to find out the advantages of performance culture approach.Chapter two. This part is an overall instructional design by performing culture approach in the teaching of oral business Chinese. This part is mainly based on the characteristics of oral Chinese classroom teaching business discussed teaching design thoughts, teaching theories, teaching objectives, teaching objects, analysis and selection of teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching models and evaluation of teaching outcomes.Chapter three. This part designed one case to teach oral business Chinese by performing culture approach---we arrange a dinner for all of you. This chapter chose Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press, "Chinese Business Development" (Oral papers) in the third lesson, "We arranged a dinner for Gentlemen" as an example, and designed 8 class hours teaching process. This part focuses on teaching practice, summarizes the results and objective analysis of the practice of classroom practice problems and teaching methods used in business and cultural bodies acting oral Chinese teaching replicability.Conclusion:This section describes the findings of the application of performing culture approach in oral business Chinese teaching, discusses the deficiencies, as well as future research directions.
