With the improvement of China's international status,the international role of Chinese is becoming increasingly important.Under the impetus of "the Belt and Road" economic policy,Indonesia,as a country along "the Belt and Road ",has continuously strengthened exchanges and cooperation with China.The research and development of teaching Chinese as a second language has an important influence on the national economic development strategy.There is a profound influence on people's language ability and language behavior about language attitude.The investigation of Chinese language attitudes is particularly important for the teaching and development of Chinese.This paper combines language attitude with teaching Chinese as a language,and analyzes the reality and problems of Chinese teaching in Batam area from the perspective of language attitude.Based on the investigation and analysis of the influence of Chinese language attitude on Chinese teaching in Batam area,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve Chinese teaching in this area.First of all,through the matched-guise technique and social questionnaire survey,it is found that the language attitude of each school in Batam area is better,but there are also differences.On the basis of the questionnaire,the local Chineseteachers in the region were interviewed,which further confirmed the results of the survey on different schools' attitudes towards Chinese language: The language attitude of Sekolah Maitreyawira school to Chinese is good,and the attitude of Sekolah Mondial school to Chinese is poor.Secondly,through the data analysis of the questionnaire,we find out the influencing factors of language attitude,including race,family,education,teachers and schools.Finally,on the basis of the research enlightenment,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the Chinese language attitude in Batam area from two aspects: teachers and schools,so as to carry out Chinese teaching more smoothly in this area in the future.
