Character Word Font In The Software Copyright Protection

Word of the font is not in the field of intellectual property rights in a strange object,on the case of the common word font,but the decision is subject to copyright protection for their country but there is not the same result,which is due to our lack of a clear font for the word legal support Therefore,the Court finds that the decision of whether copyrighted lies in the discretion of the judge,the legislation does not explicitly judicial practice leading to confusion.However,in our theory,whether by word font copyright protection analysis nor the formation of a unified academic point of view,some scholars believe that certain words fonts should be recognized as works of art and to give copyright protection,and some that are not subject to copyright word font protection.So,word font can be copyrighted and how to protect our country,the key is to analyze whether the standard of originality required for copyright protection should have,and word fonts are protected by the Copyright Law which type,if given its Copyright protection will produce what kind of problems,such as how to solve these problems.Aiming at these problems,it is a word font originality analyzed to determine whether copyright protection of our being.
