The Application Research Of Public Security Crime Base On Bayesian Classification Algorithm

With the continuous improvement of information level,criminal means and forms are also changing;the task of the public security information is more and more important.The daily statistical data is lack by police officers,so we distinguish crime possibility only by experience is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the judgment.So extract the effective criminal law and grasp the trend of crime from the mass crime data that the top priority in the public security department.To solve this problem,we build the public security criminal system model by analyze the crime data that help police officers for accurate judgment and improve its efficiency.Aiming at the particularity of the crime data,we preprocess the training data and using the P-HNBC algorithm based on PCA technology,then generate the criminal law and establish the public security criminal system.Selected the crime data of Hunan Province in 2011,and resulting in the corresponding training data and test data sets,then using P-HNBC algorithm by identifying the crime to guide the police to make the decision.The concrete content as follows:(1)Using the PCA technology on improves the hidden naive bayes classifier,and then generates the P-HNBC algorithm.We preprocess the training data and apply the M-estimation method to eliminate the impact of zero probability in the probability estimation.To verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm,we ran our experiment on the UCI data sets.(2)Analyzing the data of public security crime,and preprocessing the missing or noise data that we use on P-HNBC algorithm to export the criminal law and establish the public security criminal system,in order to improve the efficiency of the public security institutions and promote the building of a harmonious society.We ran our experiment on the public security criminal system;the results showed that the classification performance was better than the other bayesian classification algorithm.So the useful information can be extracted from crime data,improved the efficiency of the public security organs to criminal investigation.
