Research On Mechanism Of Ideological And Political Work In New Social Organizations

With the deepening of China's reform and opening-up,the rapid development of economic and social life,the pace of social transformation,a variety of new social organizations such as springing up rapid development throughout the various sectors,major areas.These new social organizations,on the one hand,serve as a bridge between the party and the government to contact the people,and on the other hand it also concentrates on the various demands of the society in development,thus becoming a new social force in the current social governance.Therefore,strengthening the ideological and political work of the new social organization is not only to promote the healthy development of the new social organization,to promote the economic and social development,but also to establish and improve the social governance system and the objective needs of the well-off society.At present,China is in the rapid development of network information technology and new ideas blooming period,in the reform,open,development tide,the various values and social ideological trend of complex,which requires ideological and political work to change the past self-closure,from the actual situation,to establish the ideological and political work mechanism adapted to the modern people's diverse and changeable ideological situation,to expand,enrich and adjust the ideological and political work service field and work content and to provide impetus and safeguard for the reform and development of the new social organization more effectively.Under this situation,this paper takes the construction of the ideological and political work mechanism of the new social organization as the research object,carries on the analysis to the development of the New Society organization,the history combing and the present situation;take Wuhan as an example to analyse the current situation of the development of ideological and political work of new social organization thinking and refining the experience and problems of the ideological and political work of the new social organization in Wuhan City,the leading management mechanism facing the construction of the ideological and political work of the New Society organization is imperfect,the guiding mechanism of public opinion is not in place and imperfect system safeguard mechanism,and explores the leading management mechanism,guiding mechanism of public sentiment,safeguard mechanism in accordance with the practical ideological and political work of new social organization.In the process of constructing the mechanism,taking into account the reality and operability in practice,the leading management mechanism,the guiding mechanism of public opinion,education and training mechanism,system safeguard mechanism are refined and materialized,relying on the concrete elements to operate,so that the theory can be used to guide the practical work.
