Construction Of "Green And Happy Village" Based On Xu Zhi Wan And The Enlightenment To Chinese New Countryside Construction

For a long time,the emphasis China attaches to urban development has contributed to its urbanization and modernization.Together with the inadequate emphasis on rural areas,Chinese urban-rural gap and regional gap have been widening and a variety of problems including the low economic level,slow agricultural development,loss of traditional culture,and severe ecological problems are all becoming increasingly prominent.Thus,rural areas have became the key of building a moderately prosperous society in China.With the advancement of rural construction,the development of rural areas has caught much more attention today.Based on its own conditions,Xu Zhi Wan,the Green and Happy Village,has successfully found out a suitable new road for Chinese rural construction by improving the ecological environment,setting up professional cooperation organization spontaneously,inheriting traditional culture,promoting rural industrialization development,and improving the rural comprehensive benefits.Based on analysis of problems existing in the process of rural development in China and combining the basic policies and theoretical background of the Green and Happy Village,the paper,using literature analysis,field investigation and case analysis method,takes Xu Zhi Wan as the case to analyze its basic situation,model features and valuable experience,in a hope to explore feasible paths suitable to Chinese new rural construction.Firstly,the paper introduces the basic situation of Xu Zhi Wan,including its natural and humanities environment,economic conditions,and integration of resources etc.;the basic ideas of construction,including the analysis of necessity and feasibility,the construction of the overall plan and process;the specific contents of the construction,including housing renovation,infrastructure,public services and agricultural landscape construction.Secondly,through analyzing the internal and external motivation mechanism and the four basic characteristics of Xu Zhi Wan,the paper summarizes its experience,including utilizing support from government,villagers and volunteers,improving the ecological environment,pushing three kinds of industrial convergence,and innovating market operation.Meanwhile,the paper points out some problems like immature industrialization development,declining self-government capabilities etc.and provides relevant solutions.Finally,the paper,based on the overall analysis of Xu Zhi Wan and the status quo of new rural construction in China,puts forward reasonable suggestions for our new rural construction and rural reform,that is,with the government as guidance,enterprises,individuals and other social forces should play a supportive role;rural ecological civilization should be strengthened and rural industrialization promoted in order to realize rural political,economic,social,cultural and ecological comprehensive benefits.
