With the arrival of the aging society,the aging population is increasing day by day,the aging population and showing characteristics of grow with each passing day,the number of large,fast growth and aging serious,while the number of elderly population in rural areas is two times higher than in urban areas,rural areas are facing more severe situation of aging.At the same time,continue to promote China's rapid economic development and city urbanization,rural labor force and the influx of rural towns,resulting in the emergence of a large number of empty nest families and the elderly,and further weaken the impact on traditional filial piety,the family structure tends to be small,the function of family endowment gradually decline.The two structure in urban and rural areas and rural economic level,the implementation of pension institutions in a large area of rural areas do not meet the actual rural family pension can not meet the needs of the rural old-age pension background,set up a model with its own characteristics of the rural family pension to fill the blank out of position is the current urgent need.The mode of mutual support happiness home for the elderly is a rational choice for the elderly in rural areas.This article takes S Town of Zhuzhou City as the research object.It mainly uses questionnaire surveys and case interviews to evaluate the basic situation of the elderly,the status of mutual assistance and pension support,the needs of mutual care and retirement,and the evaluation and suggestions for the model of mutual support and pension for the elderly.Surveys and other aspects were conducted to try to objectively reflect the problems existing in the elderly mutual assistance activities in S Town,Zhuzhou City.On the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis,from the overall point of view,there are problems related to lack of supporting policies and systems,insufficient capital investment and single funding channels,narrow coverage and poor generality,poor service quality,and low attractiveness of mutual assistance.To develop the model of mutual assistance happiness home for the aged and the welfare of rural families,we need to build a guarantee mechanism,an operating mechanism,and an incentive mechanism for mutual assistance and pension support in accordance with the direction of "government-led,social participation,and universal care," and then exert environmental,synergistic,and incentive effects to promote rural development.The Normalization and Sustained Development of the Mode of Mutual Benefit and Pension for the Elderly.
