Practice Research On Case Management For The Domestic Abused Women In The Shelter

From the anti-domestic violence law has been implemented over the past year,the concept of'home violence is not housework" has gradually began to win the hearts of the people.Anti-domestic violence prevention and practice needs a concerted effort,urgenting a multi-sectoral linkage and an environment the whole society to participate in.In the weak links of law enforcement,such as the protection and service of victims of domestic violence,the social work profession,which is based on the demand of the clients,is not large enough to serve the shelter of the victims of domestic violence and not be effectively reflected.In this study,the author based on the professional social workers' anti-domestic violence service organization,aims at comprehensively assessing the demand of the clients through the comprehensive process and case management of the social work practices accepted by the shelter shelters in the institutions.To find the resources needed to solve the demand,and to arrange these resources to form a service network,and ultimately achieve the object to solve the problem,the social function is restored and enhanced goals,designed to explain the complexity of service needs and point to diversified by domestic violence women,the use of social work case management approach to intervene in the service,for bridging the domestic violence as a result of women's asylum services lack of feasibility and scientific.The author found that case management for those who suffer from domestic violence to accept the shelter have a certain applicability of the physical and psychological recovery by the brutal women,to answer the marriage and family questions and legal needs,etc.,for them case management services can build a good network of resources,but the use of case management there are some difficulties,for example,the role of social workers and professional ability to master the higher requirements,the need for more comprehensive and mature social environment and policy support and so on.
