The Protection Of Personal Rights Of Left-behind Children In Rural China

We know that the left behind children are surviving in a bad existing situation from the five dead boys because of poison and the left behind girl suffering from sexual assault.Although the existence of left behind children is necessary price,we should try our best to protect their personal rights from all aspects because they are hope of our country.We can do something to ensure their safety and they can both finish their socialization process and go into the world of adult smoothly.The left behind children are result of various combination reasons and the reality survival situation is not optimistic.Their living standards are not guaranteed,personal rights are not be protected well.Some children even do some bad thing or became a criminal.The convention on the rights of children which is a legally binding international document list more than ten rights that the children all over the world should have.All of them are motivated by the health and development of children.The parents of left-behind children go out to work and keep the children in the rural.This family situation will lead to the loss of part of the family function or physiology,psychology and education problems.In addition,the productivity level developed in a fast speed and all kinds of new technology industries emerged.The symbol is the popularization of the Internet computer application.Surrounded by the environment without supervision of parents,the possibility to be effected by bad things is big.Aiming at the existing situation of left-behind children in rural areas of China and the existing problems on personal rights protection,parents should be the primary duty officer.They should provide children with enough care and guarantee the basic living standard.Apart from parents,the country and society should to provide a supplementary role when they can't take care of their children.On the view of law,we should establish the principle of best interests of children as the basic principle of our family law and consider it as the premise when solve problems of children.We need to perfect guardianship from all aspects.At last,we should complete our behavior after learn from foreign countries whose behavior is better on children welfare and help children in trouble.Children are the new power of national and social development and they are decisive factor to the future of our country and society.Only now give them enough attention and provide a good environment for their growth and development,can they achieve socialization and make contribution to our country.
