Discussion On The Plight And Countermeasures Of Current Network Public Opinion Under Political Participation

With the development of information and communication technologies on the network,tremendous changes have taken place on the modes of production and life-styles of the public.The Internet provides users with a platform for public discussion,everybody can be a publisher as well as communicator of information under the New Media Era.The emergence of new media public opinion or network public opinion becomes not only an integral part of public opinion in China,but also a new form of political participation on the Internet.Since the notion of “the extreme importance of ideological work” proposed by General secretary Xi Jinping,the Communist Party of China with the government put more emphasis on sticking to Marxism as the guiding principle in the field of ideologies.As a relatively independent ideology,network public opinion reflects the current situation of domestic economical development,with the study of network public opinion under political participation,can help to understanding the political ideology of Chinese citizens in an intuitive means.The interactive form in political participation makes the progress that government guiding the network public opinion has been the fact that government strengthen the guiding role of Marxism ideological positions.The perspective of this paper is that the network of public opinion is one of the specific manifestations of social ideology.The article consists of six parts,the first chapter is the introduction,focusing on the concept of the survey research background,purpose,meaning,objects,methods,and literature review.The second chapter focuses on the definition of “network public opinion” and “network political participation”,relevant theoretical support and model construction are proposed.Chapter 3 introduces the development process and characteristics of the political participation of network public opinion in China.Chapter 4 discusses the network public opinion under political participation contributes positive impacts on China's political ideology.Chapter 5 analyzes the realistic dilemma of the political participation of network public opinion and the last part advances some solving countermeasures.The purpose of this paper is to put forward constructive suggestions for the ideological work of the Party and the government.
