The Research On Countermeasures Of Breaking The Periodic Law Of Corruption In The Perspective Of Game Theory

In recent years,corruption of civil servant is rampant and getting worse.Since 18 th CPC National Congress,the central authorities has been stepping up efforts to eradicate corruption.A large number of public officials were investigated into and deal with by introducing measures and enhancing the patrol work.By doing this,government's image of clean and honest is upgrade,and highlights its determination of addressing corruption.However,corruption cannot be wipe out within a short time.At present,different social sectors are all take a skeptical attitude on how long this corruption work can continue,where should it go,whether will it take the old path and looped in this cycles.Meanwhile,public confidence in the sustainable corruption is shaky.So,the research on the historically corrupt cycle of civil servant is essential,thus we can explore the stage of corruption and strategies of each stage,search the countermeasures of breaking the periodic law of corruption,get out of the historical absurd circle thus public's strengthen confidence of anti-corruption.The purpose of this paper is providing countermeasures of breaking the periodic law of corruption for the supervisor,so this paper mainly studies the corruption behavior of civil servant in our country.The main research contents includes the following aspects:(1)Through the study of historically corruption of civil servant and it is supervision methods by supervisor,this paper find that corruption is outwardness and showing irregular periodic variation.Besides,this paper also analyses the psychology of corruption of civil servant and gets the map of psychological change of them.Based on the psychological of corruption,this paper divides the corruption of civil servant into five stages according to the tendency and degree of corruption.(2)This paper defines the research boundary in order to research the corruptionbehavior of civil servant,and adds variables such as image of clean and honest and so on.In addition,this paper analyses the influence factor of corruption behavior.(3)According to the relationship between the factors,this paper makes an assumption to the research of multi-stage research on corruption,and structures a model of multi-stage game and multi-stage game tree.Meanwhile,this paper also do analysis by inference about the civil servant's multi-stage game behavior when they are in corruption.In this progress,this paper mainly analysis two types of tendency which include increasing and decreasing of earnings of supervisor's image of clean and honest.Then figure out the behavior choice of both civil servant and supervisor under different circumstances.In addition,the results are validated by collecting and analyzing relevant data as well as investigate historical document literature,thus offers support to supervisor breaking corruption.(4)This paper analysis the reason of the periodic cycle of corruption form both two perspectives of civil servant and supervisor according to the multi-stage game,and offer suggestions accordingly.
