A Comparative Study Of The Law Of Bu Qu Between Tang And Song Dynasties

As a typical medieval Dalits,the law focused on the " tanglvshuyi " and "songxingtong ".In this paper,through a comparative study found that two of the law in relation to the provisions,not much difference between steps.The "songxingtong" in "zhun" content,but most of them are "tanglvshuyi" principles of the relevant part of the extended and expanded,is a small part of the order confirmation issued in the late Tang dynasty.Through the comparison of the Tiansheng statutes that give up a part of the Song Dynasty on the part of the Song Dynasty and the Tang order,economy and ethnic relations coincide,retain a part of a series of instructions in the code of Tang order,is still as a Dalit is see.This article through some cases can be found out in the Tang and Song Dynasties,its status is a rising process.The handling of some cases is not consistent with the laws and decrees.This shows that the case is not strictly consistent with the provisions of the law deal with,on the other hand also shows that the entire status is a dynamic process.Established at the beginning of Tang Dynasty "tanglvshuyi" has been unable to adapt to the social reality.The entire match has been limited,so the entire legal status is not good and everywhere by qi.This article through the double evidence law and comparative study found in the Tang and Song Dynasties about entire law most consistent,but there are inconsistencies,general steps in this period,the status is a rising process.About this aspect of the Tang and Song Dynasties change,and also a series is a kind of personal attachment weak groups.
