Thus a more comprehensive understanding of the overall situation of the legal system in Song Dynasty.This article consists of the prelude, article, conclusion composition.In the preclude, the author of the study, gave a general note of the "Ling" in the Song Dynasty, and pointed out that the people of the relevant research and basic understanding of the "Ling" in the Sony Dynasty showed the history of the legal profession are relatively weak link. History legal profession as a whole, this is a big shortcoming. Thus changing the current situation, contribute to an overall understanding of the Song Dynasty legal system. The value of the research told that Song order played a important role in the history of the development and evolution, also very important in a legal form.The first part of the article discusses the history of the Song Order and the outline of the revised structure. According to the development and changes in circumstances that before the Song Dynasty, the "Ling" in the Song Dynasty is a summary of the historical development. To adapt to the changing times, the "Ling" in the Song Dynasty have no exception. So we can realize its status in Song Dynasty clear.In the conclusion, basing on the above part of the exposition, I take a proper evaluation on the closing part of the "Ling" in the Song Dynasty. In view of the condition that we all take more attention to the "Lv" than the "Ling", the author points out that the "Ling" is one important legal department except of the "Lv" in the Song Dynasty. In a word, the "Ling" played a vital role in Song.
