The Research Of Xi Jinping's Thought Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Xi Jingping pointed out:To build a well-off society in all-round way is our solemn commitment to the people of the whole country.Poverty alleviation and development is not only a protracted war,but also a tough battle in the process of anti-poverty in the past 30 years.Now,the field of poverty alleviation and development faces the same situation as the reform process——more to the back,the more difficult.In China,with Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao on behalf of the leaders of the CPC Central Committee,after several years of anti-poverty practice,has realized the transformation of China from the general poverty to the focus of regional poverty.Now,14 contiguous poor areas of poverty alleviation have become the key of the moment.In order to build a well-off society in 2020,poverty alleviation which focuses on contiguous poor areas has a major responsibility and needs to be more accurate to solve the problem of poverty.In the world,the elimination of poverty is the common mission of mankind.United Nation Development Summit was officially adopted in 2015 after the development agenda,one of the goals is “to eliminate all forms of poverty in the world ”.China,as a responsible developing country,will assume the primary responsibility for the implementation of the development agenda after 2015,and fully mobilize the resources of all parties to increase investment of poverty alleviation.In the complex domestic and international background,Xi Jinping's targeted poverty alleviation thought came into being.Xi Jinping's thought of targeted poverty alleviation started from the background of the domestic and foreign.First of all,several generations of leading collective's poverty alleviation thought points out the theoretical origin of Xi Jinping's and is in line with Marx theory;Secondly,Combined with Xi jinping's life experience and the experience of poverty alleviation and development,the course of the formation of the targeted poverty alleviation is discussed,then expounds the contents and ways of main aspects such as the targeted poverty alleviation,educational poverty alleviation,endogenous driving force for poverty alleviation,group classification of poverty alleviation and grassroots leadership poverty alleviation,finally,points out the significance of Xi Jinping's thought of targeted poverty alleviation to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way,so that all the people share the fruits of reform and development,and ultimately achieve common prosperity.Xi Jinping's targeted poverty alleviation thought is the guiding ideology of the Communist Party of China and the government in the future for the work of poverty management,and will play a decisive role in the success or failure of China's poverty alleviation.
