Research On The Practical Application Of Xi Jinping's Important Exposition On Precision Poverty Alleviation

Since the eighteen Party Congress,the Central Committee of the CPC,with the core of Comrade Xi Jinping,has always attached great importance to the issue of poverty.After the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" was put forward in 2013,under the guidance of this idea,the annual average number of poverty alleviation in China has been more than 10 million for six consecutive years.Besides,Xi Jinping's important poverty alleviation talks not only guide China's poverty alleviation work,but also provide China's programs and China's wisdom for other developing countries to reduce poverty.This paper mainly studies the practical application of Xi Jinping's important discussion on poverty alleviation from three aspects.First,it mainly analyzes the background and scientific connotation of Xi Jinping's accurate poverty alleviation,and what specific measures are put forward to precisely help the poor,and specifically explains the basic connotation of Xi Jinping's accurate poverty alleviation,which provides relevant theoretical basis for Xi Jinping's important poverty alleviation practice.Secondly,Xi Jinping accurately discusses the current situation of the practice of poverty alleviation.It mainly analyzes the current situation of the practical application of Xi Jinping's precise poverty alleviation in Taijiang County,Guizhou Province,such as the degree of poverty alleviation,the accuracy of poverty alleviation,and the effectiveness of poverty alleviation measures.Finally,on the basis of this,we find out the main problems and reasons of Taijiang county's important guidance and practice in Xi Jinping's precise poverty alleviation,such as precisely because of poor identification of precise poverty alleviation,or insufficient participation of social forces,which led to Xi Jinping's accurate poverty alleviation.The operation mechanism of poverty alleviation is not smooth and other factors lead to the poor effect of targeted poverty alleviation.On this basis,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
