Empirical Research Of Replica Signature

As an important basis of expressing the true intention of a document,signature also plays an important role in clearing the main subject of legal responsibility.Signature identifying cases are often came up in modern judicatory practice.Due to fewer words,easy-accessing and easy to use,forging signatures has become a method to helping some unruly elements to achieve illegal goals or interests.Especially with the development of high technology in recent years,the methods of forgery are from traditional imitation into high qualified replica signature.The emergence of high qualified replica signature not only brings the negative impact to the cost and efficiency of judicial litigation,but also puts forward new problems and challenges to the document inspection.However,it is fresh to many judicial appraisals,which pay little attention to this new problem in handling specific cases.For that reason,the author considers that studying the characteristics of replica signature and the key to identifying it can help judicial appraisals attach importance to such cases,which avoiding them from drawing wrong conclusions.The study is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of replica signature.The author defines the new concept of simulation signature by defining the concept of forged signature and imitating signature and defining it.The second part focuses on the empirical research of replica signature.The author will use experimental method to analyze the formation and characteristics of photosensitive signature seal and black&white ink jet printing signature,and compare the characteristics between replica signature and handwriting signature.The third part is the analysis of the key technology of the signature verification.Meanwhile,the author will discuss the derivation of the replica signature.In the fourth part,the author will expound the social harmfulness of the current replica signature industry,and focus on the development of effective regulatory measures.
