| With the rapid development of information technology,the e-government management system has been widely used in the daily management of government departments,enabling the work between the government,enterprises,and the country to achieve comprehensive online and digital management,and to quickly realize information collaboration and sharing,thus have been generally recognized by the public.However,the e-government management system still has the risk of document confidentiality,especially copyright disputes,illegal dissemination,malicious tampering,etc.Therefore,this paper designs an e-government security management platform based on digital signature and digital watermark.On the one hand,it meets the business management needs of government departments,and on the other hand,the digital signature ensures the document security of the e-government management system.This paper firstly introduces the background of e-government system,analyzes the status quo of similar systems at home and abroad,and clarifies the necessity of system development.Secondly,it summarizes the technology and algorithm basis involved in the system,and analyzes the needs of the e-government system in detail.Finally,the system is designed in general and in detail,and the whole system is divided into two modules:business and security.In the stage of detailed design,the function design of each business and security module is completed,and a set of electronic signature algorithms based on digital signature,time stamp and digital watermark technology are designed to realize electronic document integrity verification,tamper detection and signature authentication.In the development stage,the system adopts the current mainstream SSM framework,My Batis relational mapping model,My SQL database,and the responsive Vue framework.After finishing the development stage,the system is tested by unit testing,functional testing,and non-functional testing.Finally,the paper summarizes and looks forward to the future of the e-government security management platform.At present,the e-government security management platform has been successfully launched,and the system has been running stably since it was put into use. |
