With thedevelopment of IT technology,our country mobilizes all units and departmentstodo a good job of information construction,especially in combination with the existing computer technology to realize full electronization,but because many existing business requires a signature or affix a seal on the documents to confirm the authenticity,validity and authority of the documents,also for later inspection needs at the same time,especially in need when using computer networks to transmit a message,using the traditional method of handwritten signature or seal doesn't work,therefore,this article focuses on the digital signature algorithm,combined with the army and national defense industry confidentiality unit classified environmental requirements,To develop an electronic signature system that complies with state secrets standards and meets the requirements of the classified environment,so as to meet the security and confidentiality requirements of the classified environment.Firstly,the project studies the format of PDF format files to realize the digital signature of format files.At the same time,combining with digital content control requirement of the classified environment,in view of the digital security control technology research and application,the safety of the classified environment data to sign and transfer function,design seals access control mechanism,to realize controllable electronic seal,may authorize,to review,and other functions,after signing the final testing algorithm and function analysis,prove the system availability,and achieve the signing of the electronic document can be classified network authentication,tamper proof and resistance to deny that the purpose of confidentiality.
